Wie möchtest du / möchtet ihr vorgehen, um das Problem zu lösen?
Innovation manager: a platform that matches independent experts with innovation teams in the portfolio, and doing the paperwork for them. Independent expert: a community of independent experts to be part of and an online tool that facilitates the matching with opportunities and manages the paperwork for them. Innovation teams (ventures): a fair and transparant collaboration, combining different experts that match the needs of innovation teams, nudging towards social and sustainable innovations (creating a positive impact). Decisions makers: a feature within the platform that support their decision making Non profits: Giving back the Forcit non-profit program (free license for non-profits, probono or discount on independent experts, ...)

Revenue streams consist of 2 elements: - Selling licenses (SAAS) to innovation managers - Matching experts with challenges (taking a 15% commission)

We would like to consider if a swiss cooperation is a possible route to create an expert community in Switzerland and setup a local tribe and basecamp.
Warum willst du / wollt ihr die Genossenschaftsform für das Projekt wählen?
Yes, we created a succesful cooperative for the benelux area and would like to proceed with the cooperative form to setup our offering in other regions.
Was möchtest du über Genossenschaften wissen?
We are not cooperative experts, and would like to learn from other successful cooperatives in Swiss.
